Job Description
ProDevs is seeking a diligent and experienced Accounts Lead to join our team. This pivotal role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations, from daily reconciliations to comprehensive reporting. You will be responsible for overseeing accounting processes, maintaining strict compliance with financial controls, and supporting audit functions.
In this position, you will manage account reconciliations, prepare financial statements, and collaborate with management on financial planning. - Maintain accurate and complete financial records

- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality
Benefits & Perks
- Base Salary: 75% of total compensation
- Performance Pay: 25% of total compensation
