Job Description

Fortesoft Systems Limited-NIIT is actively seeking a diligent Admin Officer to manage and optimize office operations.

This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of the workplace, involving the meticulous ordering and management of office supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.

You will be responsible for coordinating all maintenance and repair services for office equipment, ensuring everything is in optimal working condition.

Key duties include scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.

The Admin Officer will also assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for the Managing Director and compile/distribute statistical, financial, and other required reports.

Tracking project progress and providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders is also a core responsibility.

Furthermore, you will respond to inquiries and provide essential information regarding organizational services, while assisting in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.

Reconciliation of receipts and preparation of payment requests will also be part of your duties.

Qualifications

  • Possess an HND or Bachelor's Degree.
