Job Description

We are seeking a diligent Admin Officer to join our team at Fortesoft Systems Limited-NIIT.

In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels at all times. You will also coordinate essential maintenance and repair services for office equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Key duties include scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. You will assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports for the MD and compile and distribute statistical, financial, and other required reports. Tracking project progress and providing updates to stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities.

Furthermore, you will respond to inquiries, provide information regarding organizational services, and assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents. Reconciling receipts and preparing payment requests are also crucial aspects of this position.
