Job Description

NGC, a leading health and wellness company in Lagos, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Health Assistant to support the efficient operation of its health facility.

This role is crucial for managing front-desk operations, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating patient flow, allowing medical professionals to focus on delivering exceptional care.

You will be responsible for ensuring patients receive timely and respectful service, acting as the first point of contact and managing essential administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of SSCE/OND and be within the 18-40 age range. A certificate in Health Records, Administration, or a related field is advantageous. Strong spoken and written English, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and WhatsApp, is required. A typing speed of 30 WPM is essential.

We are looking for a candidate with a neat appearance, punctuality, and a customer-friendly attitude, who upholds strong ethics, discretion, and respect for patient privacy. The role requires the candidate to be based in Lagos and able to commute daily.
