Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office operations, including managing physical/electronic records, handling correspondence, and scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.
  • Manage the procurement and inventory of office supplies, liaising with vendors, and assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and memos.
  • Provide general administrative support to project teams and management, including follow-up on action points and deadlines.
  • Support staff-related activities such as internal communications, team events, and celebrations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as an Administrative Officer or Admin Executive in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with close attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional, people-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
