Job Description
We are urgently seeking dedicated Battery Swap Agents to join our expanding electric bike operations across various locations in Lagos State. This role is crucial for maintaining the seamless functioning of our battery swap stations, ensuring riders have continuous access to charged batteries.
As a Battery Swap Agent, you will be responsible for managing the charging of batteries and facilitating the efficient replacement of depleted ones for our riders. This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking company contributing to sustainable urban mobility.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage battery swap stations effectively.
- Oversee the charging of batteries to ensure readiness.
- Replace depleted batteries for riders promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the swap station.
- Adhere to day and night shift schedules as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of an OND in any relevant field.
- At least 1 year of working experience.
- Experience with an Electric Motorcycle company is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work both day and night shifts.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
