Job Description

Suacasa Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Interior Architectural Supervisor to lead and ensure the highest standards in interior finishing works on their project sites.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior finishing, including tiling, ceilings, joinery, painting, fixtures, and fittings. Your primary goal will be to ensure strict adherence to approved interior design drawings and specifications, guaranteeing the execution of premium finishing standards.

You will coordinate contractors and vendors to ensure timely execution of tasks and conduct regular quality inspections to maintain the company's reputation for excellence. Monitoring project timelines and ensuring the timely delivery of interior phases will be critical to your success.

Liaising effectively with architects, project managers, and procurement teams will be essential for resolving site-based design execution issues. You will also ensure that all materials used meet approved specifications and brand standards, contributing to the overall quality and integrity of the development.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise all interior finishing works including tiling, ceilings, joinery, painting, fixtures, and fittings.
Ensure strict adherence to approved interior design drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

B.Sc. / HND in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum of 4 – 7 years of experience in interior architecture supervision or interior project coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant design software.
Professional membership with architectural/design bodies is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of interior finishing materials and detailing.
Ability to interpret and execute design drawings accurately.
Quality inspection and finishing control expertise.
Strong coordination and supervision skills.
Excellent attention to detail and aesthetic judgment.
Time management and project scheduling skills.
