Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of all company assets, including their location, condition, and usage.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock of materials and equipment.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Process requisitions, purchase orders, and stock transfers.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to ensure timely availability of resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in asset management and inventory control.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
