Job Description

Join Rentokil Initial as a Customer Care Executive and play a vital role in building strong customer relationships. This full-time, permanent position is based in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

In this role, you will be instrumental in liaising with customers, organizing new job bookings, and fostering rapport to ensure ongoing customer excellence. Your responsibilities will include providing support to national and key clients, drawing up service contracts, and processing purchase orders.

You will also be responsible for planning and booking technician jobs, handling daily customer communications, and efficiently processing inquiries while proactively resolving client issues. Supporting the Customer Services, Sales, Services, and Operations teams to achieve targets will be a key aspect of your contribution.

Furthermore, you will engage with our existing client database through outgoing calls to promote our products and services.

  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and work autonomously
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Love working in a team environment
  • Must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, as well as background checks
