Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with analysts to design and deliver dashboards, reports, semantic models, and analytical datasets using Power BI and related tools.
Provide day-to-day technical guidance on data modelling, transformations, performance optimisation, and the use of AI-assisted features.
Support team planning and prioritisation, including breaking down work, estimating effort, and managing delivery timelines.
Act as the first point of escalation for technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving problems across reports, datasets, and pipelines.
Provide people leadership through regular check-ins, feedback, and support for analysts’ technical development and delivery quality.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in analytics, BI, or data roles, including technical leadership or mentoring responsibilities.
Proven experience in analytics platforms, data modelling, semantic models, and reporting solutions.
Proven ability to design, review, and uplift scalable, high-quality analytical and BI solutions, using automation and AI to accelerate delivery and enhance solutions.
Strong delivery skills, including intake, scoping, estimation, prioritisation, and planning.
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
