Job Description

Are you a resident of Dubbo, Wellington, or the surrounding areas looking for a flexible employment opportunity? CROSSMARK Australia, a "Great Place to Work®" certified organization, is seeking dedicated individuals for a casual Retail Merchandiser role.

This position offers the perfect blend of autonomy and responsibility, fitting seamlessly with school runs, appointments, and daily life. With 10-25 hours per week, scheduled 5-7 days in advance, you can enjoy a healthy work-life balance while representing leading Australian brands.

Your responsibilities will include creating eye-catching product displays, engaging with store teams about promotions, and utilizing our StoreTrack app for task reporting. No prior merchandising experience is necessary, as comprehensive paid training and ongoing support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and setting up eye-catching product displays for leading brands

Qualifications

  • A valid driver's license and reliable car (no learner's permits accepted)
  • Availability at least 3-4 days a week during business hours (including Wednesday and Thursday)
  • Morning start required
  • Great communication, organisation and self-motivation
