Job Description

Landmark Group is seeking a dedicated Head Cashier for its Babyshop brand, a role exclusively open to female candidates.

In this position, you will be instrumental in managing all cashiering operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive checkout experience for our customers. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity and customer service.

You will oversee cash handling procedures, manage daily reconciliations, and train junior cashiers. Your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of the retail environment and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all cashiering operations for Babyshop.
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of all customer transactions.

Train and mentor junior cashier staff.
Resolve customer queries and issues related to payments and transactions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Head Cashier or in a similar supervisory role in retail.
Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and financial reconciliation.
Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to train and lead a team.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Must be a female candidate.
