Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across upstream (exploration, production) and downstream (refining, distribution, marketing) sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, regulators, and industry players.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Drive revenue growth by securing new contracts and expanding existing accounts.
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to align business opportunities with company capabilities.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans and sales pipelines.
- Monitor project performance and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and HSE standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in business development within the oil & gas industry (upstream and/or downstream).
- Strong understanding of the oil & gas value chain.
- Proven track record of winning contracts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
