Job Description
We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Executive to spearhead the launch and sales of real estate products for our client.
This role is crucial for driving revenue growth through strategic market research, effective pricing strategies, and the development of compelling sales materials. You will work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to meet and exceed buyer expectations.
Key responsibilities include initiating and managing the sales process from lead engagement to closure, conceptualizing real estate developments with a sales-first approach, and conducting thorough market and competitor analysis.
You will also develop go-to-market strategies, create impactful product positioning, and provide the sales team with essential marketing collateral and product knowledge.
Monitoring sales KPIs, tracking product performance, and recommending strategies to enhance sales velocity are also core functions of this position.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and drive the sales process by identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential leads through to closure within optimal timelines.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to conceptualize and launch real estate developments with a focus on sales performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
- Support the development of go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and unique selling propositions (USPs).
- Provide the sales team with marketing materials, product knowledge, and campaign support.
- Monitor sales KPIs, track product performance, and recommend strategies to improve sales velocity.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure alignment with customer needs.
- Participate in client meetings, property tours, and project launches to present insights and gather feedback.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate, sales, or a similar commercial role.
- Proven experience in selling high-ticket or luxury products.
- Experience engaging High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of real estate market dynamics.
