Job Description
NanSource Solutions Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial & Procurement Coordinator to join our Business Development & Operations department. You will be responsible for supporting our commercial operations, procurement activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the energy sector.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Processing RFQs and preparing commercial quotations
- Engaging with OEMs and suppliers
- Coordinating with clients and vendors (IOC, EPC, OEMs)
- Providing procurement and documentation support
- Ensuring regulatory and statutory compliance (NUPRC, NCEC, NOGIC/NCDMB)
Qualifications
- OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, procurement, or administrative support
- Previous experience in an office or commercial environment is an advantage
- Strong MS Word & Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and professional
- Strong communication and coordination skills
