Job Description
Suki is seeking a conceptual and strategic Copywriter to join our remote Creative Team in the US. This role is crucial for shaping Suki's brand voice and ensuring our communications are as bold, fresh, and human as our mission. Reporting directly to the Head of Creative, you will be the primary architect of Suki's voice, responsible for refining, expanding, and enforcing Tone of Voice (TOV) guidelines across all touchpoints.
You will develop copy strategies that align with broader marketing goals, maintain and update the brand style guide, and create clear frameworks for communicating with diverse audiences. Your responsibilities include conceptualizing and writing compelling copy for integrated 360° marketing campaigns, taglines, manifestos, video scripts, and OOH advertising. You will also craft clear, conversion-focused copy for the Suki website, landing pages, and product interfaces (UX writing), ensuring SEO best practices are met.
This position requires a strategic thinker with impeccable grammar and the ability to toggle between different tones while maintaining the core Suki personality. You will collaborate closely with designers, product marketers, and social media managers, translating complex product features into simple, human-centric benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the guardian and primary architect of the Suki brand voice, refining and enforcing Tone of Voice (TOV) guidelines.
- Develop copy strategies that align with broader marketing goals, partnering with the Head of Creative and design counterparts.
- Maintain and update the brand style guide, creating clear frameworks for Suki's communication with different audiences.
- Concept and write compelling copy for integrated 360° marketing campaigns, including taglines, manifestos, video scripts, and OOH advertising.
- Write clear, conversion-focused copy for the Suki website, landing pages, and product interfaces (UX writing), ensuring SEO best practices.
- Develop engaging captions, scripts for short-form video, and asset copy for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Write copy for paid ads (social and search) that drives clicks and conversions.
- Collaborate closely with designers, product marketers, and social media managers to ensure visual and verbal elements harmonize.
- Translate complex product features into simple, human-centric benefits.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience as a copywriter in an agency or in-house creative team.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work—from social headlines to long-form storytelling and brand strategy work.
- Strategic thinker: Ability to explain the strategy behind creative choices.
- Impeccable command of the English language, with a sharp eye for proofreading and editing.
- Adaptability: Ability to toggle between different tones while maintaining the core Suki personality.
- Proficiency in collaborative tools (Figma, Asana, Google Suite).
