Key Responsibilities

  • Identify vulnerabilities and potential exposures across enterprise networks, systems, and applications through continuous security assessments.
  • Develop and implement advanced defensive security strategies and countermeasures.
  • Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery.
  • Manage and optimize security information and event management (SIEM) systems.
  • Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a lead or senior defensive security role.
  • In-depth knowledge of network security, system security, and application security principles.
  • Experience with SIEM tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and firewalls.
  • Strong understanding of incident response methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and leadership abilities.
