Job Description

ITEX, a prominent fintech company in Nigeria, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to its senior leadership. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient management of executive schedules, communications, and administrative tasks, thereby maximizing leadership productivity.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing documents, and acting as a liaison between executives and other stakeholders. Discretion, professionalism, and meticulous attention to detail are paramount.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
  • Organize and manage executive events and meetings.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  • Proactive and resourceful problem-solving abilities.
