Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant with a strong background in social media and project management to join our forward-thinking team.
In this pivotal role, you will provide essential administrative support to our senior management, ensuring their schedules are optimized and their administrative needs are met efficiently. Simultaneously, you will take ownership of our social media presence, developing and executing strategies to enhance our online brand and engage our audience.
Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing reports, and maintaining confidential information. You will also be tasked with creating engaging content, monitoring social media metrics, and analyzing performance to drive continuous improvement.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
