Job Description

TotalEnergies is seeking a motivated and recently graduated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Bordeaux, France. This is an exceptional opportunity to launch your career in the energy sector and contribute to the sustainable development of local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Nourish a pipeline of loan applications.
  • Instruct and present loan dossiers to the engagement committee.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of companies.
  • Identify and reference new partner structures supporting business leaders.
  • Inform and promote the zero-interest loan (PTZ) initiative across Nouvelle Aquitaine.
  • Represent TotalEnergies in interactions with partners and stakeholders.
  • Identify eligible projects and project leaders in collaboration with partners.
  • Assist project leaders throughout the application process.
  • Analyze financial aspects, including financing plans and projected income statements.
  • Support at least 300 jobs through successful loan validations.

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a Bac+5 degree in corporate finance.
  • Developed knowledge and mastery of company financial analysis.
  • Understanding of business, markets, and strategic analysis (SWOT, PESTEL).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Autonomy, rigor, and strong team spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English.
  • Valid residence permit for the duration of the offer (minimum 13 months) at the date of hiring.
  • This position is for recent graduates seeking their first professional experience, not for those seeking a work-study program with a school or diploma-granting training.
