Heirs Holdings Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide comprehensive financial analysis and reporting support across our diverse Group operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, monitor, and manage Group budget performance.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
  • Monitor cash positions to ensure adequate liquidity.
  • Optimize utilization of idle funds through appropriate investment strategies.
  • Review and approve requests on Converge and process vendor payments.
  • Review and process monthly VAT, WHT, and payroll-related statutory remittances.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and financial reporting requirements.
  • Manage ICFR (Internal Control over Financial Reporting) processes in collaboration with consultants and auditors.
  • Provide advisory and strategic financial support to CFOs across the Group.
  • Support the Group CFO in executing financing strategies for group-wide funding requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAGE).
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
