OCSL is excited to launch its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program, offering a unique pathway for aspiring professionals to kickstart their careers. This program is specifically designed for individuals based in Lagos, providing them with an immersive and developmental experience.

Participants will engage in comprehensive training and gain practical exposure across various business functions. The program aims to cultivate future leaders by equipping trainees with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the corporate world.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

BSc degree with a minimum of 1:1 or 2:1 in Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or Chemistry.
HND graduates must possess an Upper Credit.
Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
Age between 26 and 30 years.
ICAN or ACCA certification is an advantage.
