Job Description
The SIAT Group is thrilled to announce its Graduate Trainee Program, a comprehensive one-year initiative designed to nurture emerging talent and shape future leaders within the dynamic oil palm and edible oil industries.
This immersive program offers a unique opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience across the entire value chain, fostering a deep understanding of our business strategies and expansion efforts. Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in intensive training modules covering various aspects of the oil palm value chain and edible oil industry.
- Gain practical experience through hands-on involvement in business operations, strategy development, and expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with teams to identify and implement innovative solutions.
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of SIAT Group's businesses.
- Adapt to working and living in remote rural areas as required.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Second Class Upper (2:1) Bachelor’s degree (BSc, BEng, BTech or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Degree disciplines include: Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, any relevant Engineering field, Environmental or Social Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Inventory, Logistics, Business Administration, HR, IT, or Data Analytics.
- Must be 26 years of age or younger (born in 2000 or after).
- National service completed with a valid discharge certificate.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Good physical health.
- Willingness to work and reside in remote rural areas.
