Job Description

Laundryheap is pioneering the future of laundry and home services, offering a seamless platform for customers worldwide to schedule pickups and deliveries with exceptional speed and reliability.

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to significantly influence the user experience across our customer-facing applications, web platform, and internal operational tools.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end product experiences across mobile and web platforms.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams.
Transform business needs and user challenges into intuitive, scalable solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs.
Contribute to the development and evolution of our design system.
Leverage user research, analytics, and experimentation to enhance user experiences.
Participate actively in product discovery and roadmap planning discussions.
Maintain a balance between speed and quality in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Possess 4–6 years of experience in designing digital products.
Present a strong portfolio that showcases your UX process and UI deliverables.
Demonstrate experience designing mobile-first consumer-facing experiences.
Exhibit a solid understanding of product thinking, user behavior, and interaction design principles.
Be comfortable working effectively within cross-functional teams.
Possess the ability to communicate design ideas clearly and articulate design decisions.
Be proficient in Figma and familiar with other standard design workflows.
Exhibit meticulous attention to detail with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
