Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Hybrid Product Designer to join our innovative team in Dubai. This role offers the flexibility of a hybrid work model, blending remote and in-office collaboration to foster creativity and efficiency.

As a Product Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our products from conception to launch. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating intuitive wireframes and prototypes, and developing comprehensive design systems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional, user-centric designs that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product design process, from discovery to delivery.

Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Develop and maintain scalable design systems and style guides.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure design implementation accuracy.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders effectively.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies.

Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a similar role.
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process.
Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
Experience with user research methodologies and data-driven design.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
