Job Description
We are seeking a talented and performance-driven Video Editor to join our expanding creative team. Your primary responsibility will be to produce engaging, conversion-focused video content for rapidly growing direct-to-consumer and eCommerce brands.
This role demands a keen understanding of social-first content, direct-response advertising strategies, and platform-specific editing styles that yield measurable results across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid media channels. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical editing prowess and a deep insight into what constitutes successful performance creative.
As part of a collaborative creative unit, you will contribute to the ideation, production, testing, and optimization of content for a diverse range of industries and products. You will work closely with Creative Strategists, Account Managers, Designers, and Clients, ensuring efficient implementation of feedback and adherence to project workflows.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality video content that aligns with each brand's identity, tone of voice, and objectives
- Produce a variety of creative formats including: UGC Advertisements, Founder-Led Content, Product Demonstrations, Motion Graphic Ads, Performance Marketing Creatives, Social Media Content
- Optimize creative assets for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social platforms
- Apply best practices for pacing, retention, hooks, storytelling, and conversion-focused editing
- Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Account Managers, Designers, and Clients
- Implement client and internal feedback efficiently and accurately
- Organize project files and maintain production workflows
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, editing techniques, and platform developments
- Continuously look for ways to improve creative performance and production efficiency
Qualifications

- 2+ years of video editing experience, preferably within eCommerce, marketing, or agency environments
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong working knowledge of After Effects
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Understanding of direct-response advertising and performance creative principles
- Strong skills in Motion Graphics, Captions & Subtitles, Transitions, Sound Design, Colour Correction & Grading, Creative Storytelling
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills and fluent written/spoken English
