Job Description

We are seeking a creative and proactive Digital Design Assistant to join our dynamic team at Kurt Geiger, a leading footwear and accessories brand inspired by the vibrant spirit of London.

In this role, you will provide essential support to our Design Team, contributing to a wide range of creative projects across digital platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing for websites, social media channels, CRM marketing, paid advertising, and print materials, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to best practices.

You will work on creative assets for multiple brands, including Kurt Geiger London, Carvela, Shoeaholics, and Steve Madden UK. Staying updated on the latest digital and design trends will be key, as will adapting designs for global markets such as the US, Canada, Australia, and Mexico. You will manage the design process from concept to execution, ensuring all outputs align perfectly with the brief.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Design Team in all day-to-day design briefs
  • Working on creative across the sites, social channels, CRM marketing, paid marketing and print
  • Designing for multi-brands across Kurt Geiger London, Carvela, Shoeaholics & Steve Madden UK
  • Ensuring the team is up-to-date on the latest digital and design trends, through research and idea sharing
  • Adhering to and creating brand consistency and best practices in design
  • Creating and adapting designs for global markets including the US, CANADA, AUS & MX
  • Following the design process through from ideas to execution, checking the output matches the brief
  • Completing weekly site checks across all brands

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of Photoshop
  • In-design & Illustrator experience preferred but not required
  • Pro-active attitude
  • Willing to work within a team but able to manage own time & workload
  • Design-related qualifications
