We are seeking a dynamic UI/UX Lead to spearhead the user experience and interface design for a cutting-edge Corporate Internet Banking Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the user experience and interface design for a Corporate Internet Banking Platform.
Conduct user research to understand client needs and behaviors.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
Establish and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability.
Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Ensure designs meet security and compliance standards for financial platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in UI/UX design.
Proven UI/UX leadership experience, particularly on banking or financial technology platforms.
Expertise in user research methodologies.
Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Experience in creating and managing design systems.
Strong portfolio showcasing complex enterprise or banking solutions.
Prior experience on Corporate Internet Banking projects is mandatory.
