Job Description
AIICO Capital is excited to announce its 2026 Graduate Trainee Program, offering a unique opportunity for ambitious individuals to launch their careers in the investment and financial markets.
This program is designed for recent graduates who possess a strong academic foundation in quantitative disciplines such as Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science. Candidates should have completed their NYSC and have 0-2 years of post-NYSC experience. A key requirement is being no older than 26 years old as of December 31st, 2026.
Successful candidates will demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. We are looking for individuals who are tech-savvy, possess a data-driven mindset, and are genuinely eager to learn and passionate about the investment and financial markets.

- Participate in comprehensive training modules covering investment and financial market principles.

Qualifications
- BSc. (2:1) in Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematics, Financial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics and Data Science, Statistics & Mathematics.
- 0 - 2 Years of experience upon completion of NYSC.
- Must be not more than 26 years old as of December 31st, 2026.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with a data-driven mindset.
- Eager to learn and passionate about investment & financial markets.
