Job Description

Tranos is offering an exciting three-month Inventory Intern position to support our inventory management operations. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate counting, verification, documentation, and reconciliation of materials in our store. You will play a key part in maintaining proper stock control and record integrity.

Your responsibilities will include conducting physical counts of raw materials and finished goods, performing daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts as scheduled, and reconciling physical stock with system records while investigating any discrepancies. You will maintain accurate inventory records and documentation, monitor stock levels, and report low-stock items.

The role also involves ensuring proper labeling and storage of materials, preparing and submitting inventory reports to management, and ensuring adherence to HSE and warehouse safety standards. You will also assist in improving inventory control processes.
