Job Description

Greenhouse Capital is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our esteemed investment firm. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment, working alongside seasoned professionals in law and finance.

You will play a crucial role in supporting our investment and legal teams by contributing to live transactions, assisting with deal structuring, and conducting essential research. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal and financial due diligence on transactions.
  • Review commercial agreements, including Shareholder Agreements (SHA), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other transaction documents.
  • Support the structuring of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and investment vehicles.
  • Manage regulatory compliance and corporate filings.
  • Prepare investment memos and risk reports.
  • Assist with financial statement review and valuation support.

Qualifications

  • LLB degree from a recognized university.
  • Bar Part II (BL) qualification is strongly preferred.
  • Additional finance qualifications (e.g., ICSAN, CFI) are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in corporate or commercial law practice.
  • Familiarity with due diligence processes and investment documentation.
  • Demonstrated practical use of AI tools for legal research, contract review, and document drafting.
