Job Description

Greenhouse Capital is seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our esteemed investment firm. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment, working alongside seasoned professionals in law and finance.

You will play a crucial role in supporting our investment and legal teams by contributing to live transactions, assisting with deal structuring, and conducting essential research. Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal and financial due diligence on transactions.
Review commercial agreements, including Shareholder Agreements (SHA), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and other transaction documents.
Support the structuring of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and investment vehicles.
Manage regulatory compliance and corporate filings.
Prepare investment memos and risk reports.
Assist with financial statement review and valuation support.

Qualifications

LLB degree from a recognized university.
Bar Part II (BL) qualification is strongly preferred.
Additional finance qualifications (e.g., ICSAN, CFI) are advantageous.
Prior experience in corporate or commercial law practice.
Familiarity with due diligence processes and investment documentation.
Demonstrated practical use of AI tools for legal research, contract review, and document drafting.
