Exquisite Solution Limited is actively seeking a motivated HSE Graduate Trainee to join a prominent client in the oil and gas sector. This role is an exceptional opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in implementing and managing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols.

You will be instrumental in supporting the development and execution of HSE management systems, ensuring strict adherence to all relevant local laws, regulations, and industry standards. Key Responsibilities

Assist in the implementation of the company’s HSE management systems and procedures.
Support the monitoring and reporting of health, safety, and environmental performance metrics.

Aid in ensuring full compliance with all applicable local HSE laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Support incident reporting and investigation processes, including conducting root cause analysis.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
Must be a recent graduate, having completed studies within the past two years.
A basic understanding of oil and gas operations is considered an advantage.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
A proven teamwork and collaborative mindset.
