Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support/Systems Officer to join our team. In this essential role, you will be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted operation, integrity, and proper utilization of all our critical operational systems. Your primary objective will be to maintain system availability, enforce robust access controls, and efficiently resolve any incidents within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
This position is fundamental to supporting our daily operations, requiring you to provide reliable system logs for both internal and external audits and reviews. You will be instrumental in safeguarding our technological infrastructure and ensuring seamless functionality across all platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for an IT professional to contribute significantly to our operational resilience.
This role is available in multiple locations including Jibowu (Lagos), Cele Okota (Lagos), Utako (Abuja), Ijora, Maza Maza, Iddo, Owerri, Enugu, Onitsha, Jos, Lokoja, and Ibadan.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support for the booking engine, POS systems, fleet management systems, and BI tools
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues
- Ensure smooth operation of all technology platforms used across terminals and routes
- Enforce strict user access controls across all systems
- Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in line with approval processes
- Prevent and report unauthorized system access or misuse
- Respond promptly to system incidents and user-reported issues
- Resolve system issues within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Escalate unresolved or critical incidents appropriately
- Maintain accurate and complete system logs
- Support internal and external audits with required system data and reports
- Ensure log integrity and readiness for compliance reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in IT support, systems administration, or operations technology
- Hands-on experience supporting POS, booking, or enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of user access control and basic information security principles
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues under pressure
- Basic reporting, documentation, and log management skills
