Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lab/Quality Control Assistant to join our team in the dynamic paint manufacturing industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your responsibilities will include conducting essential laboratory tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing robust quality control procedures, monitoring product quality, and identifying opportunities for enhancement. Collaboration with production and R&D teams to resolve quality issues will be a core part of your function, alongside maintaining accurate records and documentation of all quality control activities.

  • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a quality control role in a paint manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
