Job Description
Beyond Credit Limited is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Field Loan Officers. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to financial inclusion and support the growth of entrepreneurs across Nigeria.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, conducting needs assessments, and facilitating the loan application and disbursement process. You will play a crucial part in empowering small businesses and fostering economic development within your community.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients for loan services.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate loan products.
- Guide clients through the loan application process.
- Facilitate loan disbursement and ensure timely repayment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing is an added advantage.
- Must reside in the specified location (Yaba).
- Ability to learn quickly and a strong passion for a career in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
