Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Review loan applications for borrowers applying for Branch loans, verify details and prevent fraud (main responsibility).
- Escalate customer feedback and technical bugs to help improve our products.
- Perform various administrative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- 0-4 years of previous job experience in business operations.
- Passionate about our mission and our customers.
- Highly entrepreneurial and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Driven by data and highly analytical, good understanding of excel preferred.
- Extremely flexible with scheduling e.g. willing to work on weekends and occasionally holidays in lieu of week offs on weekdays.
