Job Description
We are actively recruiting for dynamic Loan Officers to serve clients on the mainland in Lagos. This role offers a competitive base salary, weekly transport allowance, and attractive monthly benefits, with significant earning potential through commissions.
This is a hybrid role, requiring you to be in the field approximately three times a week, with minimal daily office reporting, offering flexibility and autonomy.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Guide clients through the loan application process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and commission goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct field visits to meet clients and assess their needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of OND qualification.
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in financial services.
- Strong understanding of loan products and financial principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
