Maywood Lending Limited, a fast-growing fintech company, is seeking a dedicated Loan Collection Officer to join its team. This role is responsible for managing customer accounts with overdue loan payments, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts, and maintaining positive customer relationships where possible.

The Loan Collection Officer will be tasked with contacting customers who have overdue loan accounts, diligently following up on repayments, negotiating feasible payment plans, and ultimately ensuring the effective recovery of all outstanding loans. Meeting assigned recovery targets is a key performance indicator for this position.

Ideal candidates will possess a target-driven and result-oriented mindset, coupled with strong communication and negotiation skills. The ability to handle challenging customer conversations effectively and thrive in a fast-paced work environment is essential.
