Job Description

Embark on a transformative 18-month journey with British American Tobacco's Global Graduate Programme, designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within our Operations function.

This fast-track development initiative offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across critical operational areas, including manufacturing, supply chain planning, logistics, procurement, consumer service, and product innovation. You will be immersed in real-world challenges, contributing from day one while developing essential business acumen and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes.
  • Master supply chain management and balance supply with demand.
  • Navigate and strategize supply chain flow.
  • Focus on procurement innovation, smart spending, and quality partnerships.
  • Understand consumer needs and support global business services transformation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales for product innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.
  • No more than three (3) years of post-graduate professional experience.
  • Exposure to operations, manufacturing, supply chain, or technical environments is an added advantage.
  • Willingness for national and/or international mobility.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Membership in relevant professional bodies is an advantage.
