Job Description

CF Braids & Locs is seeking a skilled Meta and Google Ads Manager to drive bookings and revenue through strategic online advertising.

This fully-remote role requires expertise in building campaign strategies, setting up campaigns effectively, and creating testing plans for audiences, creatives, and offers.

You will be responsible for optimizing campaigns, testing creatives, and providing clear insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve booking goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build campaign strategies based on booking goals, launches and revenue targets.
  • Set up campaigns properly (campaign structure, objectives, budgets, placements).
  • Create testing plans for audiences, creatives, messaging and offers.
  • Help execute promotional campaigns for tours and services targeting & audience work.
  • Set up and test audiences (broad, interests, lookalikes, retargeting).
  • Use performance data to improve who we show ads to.
  • Reduce wasted spend and improve booking quality.
  • Test multiple creatives and identify winning ads.
  • Give clear creative feedback: what content to create more, what content to stop posting, what angles are converting best.
  • Work closely with the content creator to improve campaign performance optimisation & scaling.
  • Monitor results and optimise campaigns consistently (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CVR).
  • Know when to scale campaigns, pause ads or restart testing.
  • Reduce wasted spend and improve overall results over time.
  • Understand Meta pixel setup and conversion tracking basics.
  • Spot tracking or campaign issues early.
  • Monitor campaign performance properly across all active ads.
  • Create weekly insight reports.
  • Turn campaign numbers into clear insights: what happened, why it happened, what we’re doing next.
  • Share recommendations and next steps that improve bookings and conversions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience running Meta ads with results.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram & Facebook advertising.
  • Confident with testing, optimisation and scaling.
  • Strong reporting skills: you can explain performance clearly, not just send screenshots.
  • Organised, reliable and able to work independently.
  • Portfolio, screenshots or previous campaign results required.
  • Bonus if you have worked with beauty or lifestyle brands.
  • Bonus if you understand storytelling and conversion marketing.
  • Bonus if you understand premium beauty brand positioning.
