They offer a comprehensive portfolio of products, including Vigil for autonomous penetration testing, Crudguard for data-layer threat detection, Aurora for unified GRC and risk management, and Drift for human-risk and social-engineering defense.
Their mission is to empower banks and large enterprises to continuously prove and improve their security posture, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks in an increasingly complex threat landscape.
Job Description
Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth across their portfolio of enterprise cybersecurity products, including Vigil, Crudguard, Aurora, and Drift.
This role involves owning the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing enterprise deals with CISOs, Heads of Risk, and security teams, primarily within the financial services sector.
You will act as the commercial bridge between customers and the technical/founding team, solution-selling the product suite to address specific customer risk, compliance, and security priorities.
Key responsibilities include building and managing a qualified pipeline, conducting discovery and demos, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, building trusted relationships with security leadership, developing channel and partner relationships, leading RFP/RFI responses, and reporting on pipeline and revenue targets.
Requirements include 5+ years in B2B enterprise sales or business development, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or fintech, with a provable track record of closing complex deals and consistently hitting quota. Experience selling to CISOs and security/risk buyers, with fluency in security and compliance, is essential. A strong existing network in financial services or regulated enterprises is a significant advantage.
