Job Description

We are seeking a creative and technically adept AI Content Creator & Channel Growth Manager to spearhead the launch of an exciting new digital media brand. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape a brand focused on mystery, horror, and psychological storytelling across platforms like YouTube and TikTok.

You will be empowered with full creative ownership, utilizing advanced AI tools to transform script concepts into highly engaging short-form and long-form video content. Your primary objective will be to drive organic audience growth through compelling narratives and strategic content optimization.

The position requires a self-starter with a reliable setup, including a computer, fast internet, and the discipline to manage a consistent daily and weekly publishing schedule. You will be responsible for producing two original short-form videos daily and one cinematic long-form video weekly, ensuring each piece is polished with dynamic hooks, captions, sound effects, and suspenseful pacing.

Key responsibilities include leveraging AI for script ideation, voiceovers, and visual assets, as well as crafting high-CTR thumbnails and titles, optimizing SEO tags, and analyzing retention metrics to refine content strategy. A commitment to 100% organic growth, strictly prohibiting bots, purchased views, or copied content, is paramount.
