Job Description

V-Estates is seeking a creative and driven Content Creator and Copywriter to join our team in Abuja.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and producing engaging, brand-aligned content for our various subsidiaries. This includes ideation, copywriting, creating short-form videos, and visual storytelling, all aimed at translating business objectives into commercially effective content.

You will play a key part in shaping our brand's digital presence by creating content for social media, campaigns, promotions, and events. Your work will directly contribute to brand awareness and customer engagement within the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative content ideas aligned with each subsidiary's marketing objectives
Write captions, social media copy, hooks, scripts, and calls-to-action
Create Reels, short-form videos, photos, and other social media content
Plan and execute content shoots using available equipment
Prepare and submit monthly content calendars by due dates
Deliver a minimum of 12 planned content pieces per month per assigned subsidiary
Create content for campaigns, promotions, launches, and events
Monitor social media trends and recommend content opportunities
Work with the Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and Photographer/Videographer
Review content performance and use insights to improve future content

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Content Creator, or similar role
Strong copywriting and storytelling skills
Ability to create engaging short-form video content/Reels
Good understanding of social media platforms and trends
Ability to write captions, scripts, and compelling hooks
Basic video editing skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Portfolio demonstrating previous content work
Experience across multiple brands, photography, and Canva/CapCut/Adobe skills are a plus
