Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Head, Admin & Facility Manager to lead our administrative and facility operations in Lagos.
In this key role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our subsidiary, driving operational efficiency and supporting the achievement of business objectives. You will foster a positive work culture, develop and manage budgets, and implement policies related to administration, fleet management, and Health & Safety.
This position requires strong leadership, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a strategic approach to managing resources and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Foster a positive work culture by promoting company values, communication, and employee engagement
- Develop and manage budgets, plans, and performance metrics to achieve organizational goals
- Implement and enforce policies related to administration, fleet management, and Health & Safety
- Drive strategic and innovative initiatives to support business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including clients, government authorities, and partners
- Ensure ethical business practices and enhance the company’s corporate image
- Manage vendor onboarding and relationships
- Oversee rent collection and preparation of client service charges
- Supervise office renovations, refurbishments, and general facility management
- Provide leadership and supervision to Admin Officers
- Stay updated with industry trends through continuous professional development
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
- 5–10 years’ relevant experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Prior experience managing a small team, preferably in a multicultural environment
