Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Head, Admin & Facility Manager to lead our administrative and facility operations in Lagos.

In this key role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our subsidiary, driving operational efficiency and supporting the achievement of business objectives. You will foster a positive work culture, develop and manage budgets, and implement policies related to administration, fleet management, and Health & Safety.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Prior experience managing a small team, preferably in a multicultural environment
