Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed Warranty Executive to join our automotive aftersales team. This is a temporary position for an initial duration of 3 months, with the possibility of a 3-month extension based on performance and business needs. We require a dedicated professional who is fully committed to completing the entire contract duration.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end warranty claim process. This includes reviewing and validating claims, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring strict adherence to manufacturer policies. You will also play a key part in resolving any discrepancies or rejections and collaborating with workshop technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth operations.
