Job Description
Primebridge Consult is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Associate to join our team and support our HR operations.
In this role, you will be instrumental in assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, documentation, and staff engagement. The ideal candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
Key responsibilities include assisting with candidate screening, coordinating interviews and onboarding activities, and meticulously maintaining employee records and HR documentation. You will also support staff welfare and engagement initiatives, prepare essential HR reports and administrative documents, and ensure consistent compliance with company policies and procedures.
This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR department. You will provide general administrative support to the HR team, contributing to the smooth functioning of all HR-related activities. A Bachelor's degree or HND in a relevant field, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for success in this role.
