We are seeking an exceptional HR Business Partner to shape workforce strategy and enable high-performance operations within a rapidly scaling manufacturing environment.
In this strategic role, you will partner with manufacturing leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational goals, lead talent acquisition, and design performance management systems tailored to production targets.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with manufacturing leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support operational goals and business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives for manufacturing roles, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of production staff.
- Design and implement performance management systems tailored to manufacturing operations and production targets
- Develop comprehensive training and development programs for manufacturing personnel, including safety, technical skills, and leadership development.
- Manage employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes in compliance with Nigerian labour laws
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, culture transformation, and employee engagement programs
- Collaborate with safety teams to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in manufacturing environments
- Analyse HR metrics and manufacturing KPIs to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Support compensation and benefits administration, including shift differentials, overtime management, and incentive programs.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees, including union relations where applicable
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPM, or equivalent) preferred
- 6-8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Deep understanding of Nigerian labor laws, employment regulations, and industrial relations practices
- Experience with shift work management, blue-collar workforce, and manufacturing safety requirements
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll management, and HR analytics tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse workforce
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
