Key Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, handling queries, salary adjustments, and compliance with tax regulations.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, while coordinating with hiring managers.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation processes, coordinating new hire paperwork and pre-employment checks for seamless integration.
- Maintain employee data (headcount, new hires, terminations) and update HR systems, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports.
- Assist with employee communications and the organization of company-wide announcements.
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process, assist with goal setting, and monitor individual development plans.
- Liaise with external bodies and service providers such as health maintenance organizations, group life insurance agencies, and recruitment agencies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a first degree in Social Sciences, Humanities, or any other related discipline.
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., Nigerian Institute of Training and Development - NITAD, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management - CIPM, Society for Human Resource Management - SHRM) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of cognate experience in a similar role.
