Job Description
The Learning & Development (L&D) Analytics Support professional will play a key role in supporting employee growth by managing the data-driven aspects of our learning initiatives.
This role focuses on data analysis to track training completion, measure program effectiveness, and generate actionable insights to improve learning outcomes. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about leveraging metrics to support organizational development.

Required Skills
Key Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and report on key learning metrics such as training completion rates, assessment scores, and learner engagement.
- Assist in scheduling training sessions, managing learning calendars, and compiling participant lists.
- Monitor and document progress for mandatory compliance training to ensure records are accurate for audit purposes.
- Administer post-training feedback surveys, aggregate data, and compile reports to help evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Assist in maintaining and updating L&D metrics dashboards to provide visibility to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR administration, Learning & Development support, or data analytics.
- Experience or familiarity with the retail industry is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (data sorting, formulas, charts) and comfort working with HR data reporting tools.
