Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to join our dynamic team at Art Nouveau Decor FZ LLC.

This role is designed to support our growing team across design, production, and project operations, ensuring the right people, structure, and culture are in place to deliver for global luxury brands. You will play a key part in supporting the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to engagement, while ensuring HR processes are structured, compliant, and aligned with our core values.

Key responsibilities include supporting recruitment for technical and operational roles, coordinating onboarding and documentation, maintaining attendance and HR databases, preparing payroll, and ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal policies. You will also support employee engagement and a performance-driven culture.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in fit-out, manufacturing, or construction environments. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/HR systems is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/HR systems.
